Across Queensland, the domestic and family violence, sexual violence, and women’s health and wellbeing sector is driven by passionate, skilled, and deeply committed people. Strategic workforce planning is about imagining the workforce we want, recognising the strengths we already have, and taking practical, purposeful steps to grow, connect, develop, and sustain it. This collaborative process is grounded in robust evidence, including insights from WorkUP Queensland's recent workforce survey.

At this practical and engaging three-hour workshop, we will:
