Across Queensland, the domestic and family violence, sexual violence, and women’s health and wellbeing sector is driven by passionate, skilled, and deeply committed people. Every day, you show up — working in solidarity to support safety, justice, and healing, often in the face of immense complexity.

Strategic workforce planning is about imagining the workforce we want, recognising the strengths we already have, and taking practical, purposeful steps to grow, connect, develop, and sustain it. This collaborative process is grounded in robust evidence, including insights from WorkUP Queensland's recent workforce survey.

At this practical and engaging three-hour workshop, we will:

Connect with peers, celebrating our shared commitment and sector milestones.
Share insights to inform how WorkUP Queensland supports the sector with workforce development.
