A Course in Raising Changemakers™ - Be a Changemaker Support Provider

🌍 About the Course

A Course in Raising Changemakers™ is a 24-week transformational training designed to empower parents, carers, educators, coaches and support workers to step into the role of Changemaker Educator and Specialist Support Provider

You’ll gain practical skills, powerful tools, and a proven framework to support teens and young adults (13–30) with communication rooted in love, empathy, and purpose.

This course gives you two clear pathways:

1. For your family — apply what you learn immediately to strengthen connection with your own teen or young adult.

2. For your future — whilst changing your future on many levels, you will change the trajectory for future generations when you join the Raising Changemaker Teens team, supporting teens, young adults and parents 1:1 and/or hosting groups of teens either online or face to face in your local area.

📚 The Four Modules

Module 1: The Support Providers Manual (Live Online)

• Master the foundations of Changemaker communication.

• Learn how to facilitate The Changemaker Way™ with confidence.

• Explore opportunities for income through mentoring, 1:1 specialist support, and hosting groups ( Community Support Dojos)

• Participate in interactive live sessions with peer community and expert feedback.

Module 2: The Core Essentials (Pre-recorded, Immediate Access)

• Understand beliefs, values, and emotions — and how they shape resilience and purpose.

• Build alignment between your goals and your daily actions.

• Learn the ten imperative values for effective communication as a Changemaker Support Provider and Educator.

• Strengthen your ability to connect deeply with yourself and young people.

Module 3: The 10 Turtle Tools™ (Pre-recorded, Immediate Access)

• Access ten practical communication and resilience tools developed over 25 years of coaching and supporting individuals, families and corporate managers.

• Learn what they are, when to use them, and how they change conversations instantly.

• Build confidence, resilience, and capacity for independent and interdependent living.

• Step into your role with tools that transform both everyday family life and professional practice.

Module 4: Rising Strong – Being a Changemaker Model (Live Online)

• Explore passion, vision, and purpose. Learn frameworks for guiding others safely while maintaining your own calm and resilience.

• Understand Emotional Freedom as a tool for growth.

• Access start-up tools to support your future as a Changemaker Educator.

• Benefit from 1:1 mentoring and support as you rise into your new role.

🗓️ Course Format

• 12 weeks of guided pre-recorded training

• 24 sessions over 26 weeks live* ( 2 weeks study break included)

• Modules 2 & 3 unlocked immediately when you enrol

• *Modules 1 & 4 delivered live online with expert facilitation and group interaction (recorded)

• 2 sessions 1:1 mentoring

• 16 weeks to complete practice sessions in all three roles - 1) Changemaker Support Provider/Educator, 2) the Participant/Client and 3) the Listener

• Personal resource library — added each week over the 24 weeks of live sessions.
