In this unique group session, we will embark on a journey of discovery and development in preparation for the new season ahead. Through guided imagery and creative expression, we will delve into the depths of our subconscious to uncover a "Creative Seed" – a metaphor for a dormant potential, a forgotten passion, or a yearning for personal growth that lies within each of us.

During this session, we will:

Embark on a guided journey: Under the facilitator's gentle guidance, you will be led to explore the depths of your inner landscape, using visualization techniques to uncover a unique "Creative Seed" within.
Sculpt your seed: Express your inner world through the tactile experience of sculpting your seed from clay.
Connect with your seed: Engage in a creative art-making process (drawing, painting, writing) to explore the messages and meanings your seed may be conveying.
Share your experience: (Optional) Gently share your insights and creations with the group in a supportive, non-judgmental space.

This session is for you if you are seeking:

Age 18+.

No artistic experience is required! All materials will be provided.

Wear comfortable clothing for sitting on a floor cushion.

About the Facilitator:

Jasmin's diverse career path, spanning roles in community settings and beyond, has fostered a deep empathy towards the unique human experience and a strong desire to support others. This journey led her to pursue an Advanced Diploma in Transpersonal Therapy (Art Therapy) at the College of Complimentary Medicines. As a registered ANZACATA member and an aspiring Meditation Association of Australia member, Jasmin is dedicated to providing holistic and compassionate care, drawing upon her creative spirit and commitment to ongoing professional development.
