A Cultural Walk in Time - Cape Hillsborough Tour
Event description
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE HAS BEEN A CHANGE OF DATE FOR THE EVENT - NOW BEING HELD ON SATURDAY 1 JUNE.Â
National Reconciliation Week is a time for all Australians to learn about our shared histories, cultures, and achievements, and to explore how each of us can contribute to achieving reconciliation in Australia.
The dates for National Reconciliation Week remain the same each year and is held between 27 May to 3 June.
This year, The Neighbourhood Hub is hosting a guided Diversity Boardwalk tour of Cape Hillsborough. Facilitated by local Elders and First Nation's community members, participants will engage in the customs and traditions of a yarning circle and discover the cultural significance of the Boardwalk's flora and fauna.
The event is being held on SATURDAY 1 JUNEÂ from 9 am to 2:30 pm.
