Your Saturday night party without the alcohol, or the low vibe people and the terrible tunes💃🏼

Ecstatic, conscious, freeform dance whatever you want to call it, it’s a JOURNEY

In and through the body❤️‍🔥

Designed in CELEBRATION of the divine feminine🌹

Movement & music as medicine 𓆙

Drop into your body, lead with your heart and unleash the goddess within : feel, express yourself fully, release energy and be in your pleasure and JOY

This isn’t another class where you’re the student

This is YOUR sacred essence, your soul expression

There is no technique and you don’t need experience

This is FREEDOM

It’s for the women who know how liberating it feels to dance themselves into a blissful trance with a room full of other women reclaiming their wild voices, wombs and bodies : and it’s for the women who want that too, all you have to do is lean into your edges…

It’s a homecoming - to your self and your sisters🪽

Somatic movement, mama cacao, breath, energetics + sound weaved in to this experience to open, connect and create a shift in inner frequency✨

When : Saturday September 26 5:30pm

What to bring : water bottle, your favourite flower & mug and wear something light/comfortable that you feel amazing in!

Let’s dance 🌹💃🏼🦁
