Herberton Melbourne Cup Luncheon

Enjoy a fun afternoon watching the Melbourne Cup at the Herberton Memorial Bowls Club.

Your ticket includes a delicious spring lunch starting with Mini Prawn Cocktails, Butter Chicken Cakes & Asparagus Filo Triangles on arrival.

Lunch  will consist of Seafood Mornay Tarts, Mini Quiche Lorraine, Chicken, Basil & Tomato Quiche, Mushroom, Potato & Leek Slice, Polenta, Sweet Potato, Sundried Tomato Slice all served with garden salad. You will be able to try all of these!

For Dessert we will have Mini Apple Crumble, Rich Chocolate & Hazelnut Cream Choux Pastrys & Tiramiso Roulade. 

The bar at the Herberton Memorial Bowls Club will be open for all your drink requirements. Tea & Coffee will also be available.

As well as watching the race that stops a nation, we will have prizes for "Fashions on The Field", "Best Hat" and Sweepstakes, Competitions and loads of great prizes! 

Dress Code is Smart Casual. Ladies if you've had that stunning dress sitting in the back of the wardrobe, or that hat you never get to wear, this will be the day to wear it! This is not a "high fashion event" though, we just want you to feel great with whatever you choose to wear! Gentleman, ditto for you too!

Parking is available at the rear of the Herberton Memorial Bowls Club. Access is via William St, just past the CWA Hall.
