A Day For Ciallan is a special community event hosted by Estates FC to honour and celebrate the life of Ciallan — a much loved young boy whose spirit, energy, and love for football left a lasting impact on everyone around him.
Held in place of the Ciallan Memorial Carnival, this inaugural event will bring together football, fitness, family, and community connection in a positive and uplifting environment, with the vision of becoming an annual tradition for years to come.
Taking place alongside Round 11 of FQPL football on Sunday 14 June 2026, the day will feature:

The fitness challenge component will be proudly supported by Hammer Athletic, with activities designed for all fitness levels and ages, creating a fun and inclusive atmosphere focused on participation, connection, and community spirit.
Whether you are participating in the fitness challenge, supporting the football, volunteering, sponsoring, or simply attending to be part of the day, A Day For Ciallan is about bringing people together to celebrate life, kindness, resilience, and community.
There will be plenty of opportunities to get involved throughout the day, with prizes, activities, challenges, and community moments designed to create a memorable and uplifting atmosphere for everyone attending.

- What time do gates open?
Gates are expected to open from approximately 9:30am, with opening ceremony activities to commence at 11am sharp.

This event will replace the previous Ciallan Memorial Carnival and will become an annual community event moving forward.

- What time do the football games start?
The first FQPL fixture is currently scheduled for 1:00pm, however we are working with Football Queensland regarding possible fixture adjustments for the day.
- How do I register?
Registrations will be available online through Humanitix.
Registration links will be released soon through Estates FC social media channels.
