Hello ,beautiful beings, from Inara & Al. It is with great pleasure and divine intention that we invite you to join us for a wonderful day of immersing yourself in loving vibration. A day to just be. To soak in the goodness and the healing power of the infinite present moment . To be guided into a reset of your nervous system, and bring yourself back to homeostatis. To let go of all the modern life tension and stress, relax, and let out a big, deep breathe. A beautiful, big deep dive of self care wrapped in an blanket of energetic harmony and resonance rooted in safety and space holding. In an intimate gathering of 30 max people.

Meditation, sound immersion, medicine / acoustic music, cacao and nourishing, clean food are all wonderful experiences by and of themselves. On this day of divine vibration, we will bring them all together in a unique offering to take you deeper and deeper into your natural state of peace, harmony, and resonance. Building into joy, bliss, loving vibration, and gratitude. To experience in the moment, take forward, and come back to time and time again. And no experience necessary. All will be gently guided during the day.

We will begin with some short body movement exercises by Inara to get into our bodies and loosen up. Then Al will lead a guided Chakra meditation (seated) with Tibetan singing bowls. To stabilize and activate our central channel, call back in our energy, and enhance a flow of relaxation and resonant vibration throughout our physical and energetic bodies in preparation for our sound immersion. 45 minutes

Following this, a short 15 minute break where we hold this relaxed state of being, and get comfortable on our mats to receive sound healing. Minimal talk and movement is encouraged during this time.

Inara and Al will then take you on a multidimensional sound journey from the heart, blending traditional instruments, harmonic and tonal vocals, and high vibrational instruments, Inara and Al have been creating music and facilitating sound immersions together for over 3 years , interweaving masculine and feminine energies, with intuitive playing, harmonizing, and blending sounds in flow from source. Choosing from a wide range of instruments including guitars, didgeridoo, shruti, crystal singing bowls, healing and tibetan bowls, native american flute, medicine drums, gongs, chimes, rattles and more. A powerful immersion that provides a space for self healing, soothing, relaxation, letting go, nervous system reset, multidimensional experiences, and whatever intention you may bring. - 1.5 hours

We then come together with a reverent offering of cacao, mindfully and skilfully prepared by Inara, using single origin Criollo Cacao, sustainably cultivated in the Amazon region of Peru in the original landscape of Mesoamerican civilizations, to be used in contemporary cacao ceremonies. The cacao paste is grown in its original habitat using sustainable farming practices and promoting favourable living conditions for farmers and their families. To join together and drop into our breath and body after the magical journey of divine sound. - 30 minutes.

As our vibration moves towards joy, love and gratitude from peace, harmony and bliss, we move into high vibe acoustic and medicine songs. Traditional medicine, modern contemporary and original songs, played and sung with passion, emotion, and intention. With the incredibly beautiful, emotive ,soaring voice of Inara , and powerfully versatile voice of Al, with sublime harmonies, and intricate, percussive guitar playing. These songs will caress and uplift you . - 1 hour.

It is then time for everyone to indulge in a delicious, nourishing meal together. With home made lentil dahl by Al, vegetable soup from Inara , fresh sourdough bread from the local Italian family bakery, and chai and teas. A perfect way to ground and integrate into your body as we end the day overlooking the beautiful beaches and sunset at Safety Bay. - 45 minutes

Time to head home, in a natural state of para-sympathetic nervous system, basking in a glow of peace, love, and happiness that we encourage you to integrate into your moment by moment living, and to revisit regularly.
