Join us for our monthly 'day of rest' to gift your body, mind and soul the space, stillness, and silence it requires to allow your nervous system to return to a place of peace and harmony.

Your day of rest has been designed to reduce the amount of stimulation and noise within your environment so you can truly rest.

In a world where our exposure to stimulants is constant, intense and disruptive upon our nervous system keeping us in a consistent state of fight or flight, it is our intention to create a space for you to journey within, without the need to talk to anyone or to share your experience, just simply enjoy the stillness and guide your body back to it's natural resting place where it can repair and rejuvenate.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE:

~ Welcome & Tea Ceremony

~ Guided 1 Hour Yin Yoga Practice

~ Nourishing Ayurvedic Lunch - we are intentionally eating in silence to limit the stimulation surrounding us and support the ease of our digestion

(*please note ghee will be used in cooking however otherwise the meal is gluten and dairy free)

~ 1 Hour of deep relaxation including yoga nidra, group reiki, sound and optional head massage

~ Herbal infused tonic to revitalise you post relaxation

~ Space for journaling should you feel called

This event is open to all genders, ages and stages of life as we all need support in our busy lives.

PLEASE BRING:

- Water bottle

- Journal & pen

- Wear comfortable clothes you can move in

- Bring socks, jumper and any other items you wish to have with you eg. blanket/cushion, eye mask, sacred object

** Mats, blankets, bolsters, cushions and eye masks will be supplied to you if you don't have your own
