We invite you to an all-inclusive day retreat specifically designed for Frontline Healthcare personnel, hosted by experienced facilitators.

What’s included:
- Trauma-informed Yoga movement practice accessible for all ability levels, physical capacity and experiences.

- iRest Yoga Nidra - accessible form of meditation designed specifically for First Responders, Defence Force personnel and Frontline Healthcare personnel that is backed by research and useful for building resilience, managing stress and improving sleep quality

- Self-care and burnout prevention workshop with experienced Psychologist + educator

- Learn nervous system regulation techniques for the shift-worker, and develop your own toolkit to integrate into your life

- Learn the power of intention setting and gratitude journals

- Creative therapy : express your authenticity and emotions through the creation of your own painted pot and succulent arrangement.

- Guided mindful forest garden walk + grounding meditation to help you connect to nature and find stillness in the present moment.

- Full catered event nourishing you with platters, vegetarian lunch, snacks and refreshments. (Please advise of any dietary requirements when you register)

- Your own self-care goodies bag + toolkit to extend the wellness effects to your home or work.
