Blueprint to Success: Liveable Communities & Development Insights

Livingstone Shire Council aims to host a series of information-sharing forums throughout 2026, focusing on development, infrastructure and the future growth of our region.

Blueprint to Success is the first of these key events - bringing together developers, investors, builders, businesses, industry professionals and government representatives to share insights and discuss the projects and priorities shaping the Capricorn Coast.

This forum will provide updates on:

✔️ Priority projects for the Shire and Investment Advocacy
✔️ Blueprint Livingstone Projects & Strategic Planning Updates
✔️ Planning Scheme & LGIP Review, Social Infrastructure
✔️ Best practice in creating liveable communities

This event features key guest speaker Marcus Brown from Bull & Bear Economics.  A highly sought after advisor in the areas of economic planning, industry analysis and economic strategy, Marcus will present key insights from Livingstone's Economic and Population Study and Building Heights studies - two projects that will inform Council's Planning Scheme review.

Designed to foster collaboration and informed decision-making, this event provides a valuable opportunity to understand where Livingstone is heading, and how industry can align with that vision. Let's shape a thriving, liveable community together.
