The more deeply we can receive, the more fully we can give, create and lead.

Many of us have learned to build our value through doing, achieving, supporting others, staying productive and continuing even when we are depleted.

These capacities are not wrong. They give our lives direction, structure and momentum. But they represent only one part of a healthy creative cycle.

Alongside the part of us that initiates, produces and achieves is a receptive capacity that allows us to soften, listen and sense what life is asking of us.

Receiving is not passive. It is an embodied form of attention that connects us to our creativity, intuition and inner authority. It allows us to respond to life rather than continuously trying to control or predict it.

Over six weeks, we will explore the relationship between these complementary capacities: the part that gives our lives direction and the part that keeps us connected to what nourishes us and wants to emerge through us.

This experience is for people who want to keep creating, contributing and leading, but no longer at the expense of themselves.

When direction and receptivity begin working together, leadership becomes more grounded, creative, responsive and sustainable.

In A Different Kind of Leadership: The Art of Receiving, we will explore the inner parts that shape how we give and receive. We will map the parts that strive, achieve, caretake, control, protect and keep moving, while building a more conscious relationship with the parts that long to soften, trust and be supported.

Through embodied practices, parts work and guided inquiry, you will learn how to lead your inner world with greater awareness, compassion and authority.

This course is an invitation to:

Understand the parts of you that equate worth with productivity
Recognise where receiving may feel unsafe, uncomfortable or unfamiliar
Deepen your capacity to listen and attune to your body
Create a healthier relationship between your masculine and feminine energies
Receive nourishment, support, inspiration and pleasure more fully
Expand your creative and leadership capacity without abandoning yourself
Give and create from fullness rather than depletion

This is a different kind of leadership, one that is not built only on discipline, effort and forward movement, but also on sensitivity, receptivity and an intimate relationship with life. And how these parts of us can blend so beautifully.

Because the more deeply we can receive, the more generously and sustainably we can give.

And the more we learn to listen, the more clearly we can feel what life is asking to create through us.
