Description

A different kind of Sunday

For women. A practitioner-led nervous system session to help you reconnect, and begin the week feeling more like yourself.

Life asks a lot of women. We spend so much of our time caring for others, making decisions, holding everything together and moving from one thing to the next, that it’s easy to lose connection with ourselves along the way.

This monthly Sunday session offers the space.

Not to escape your life.

To reconnect with it.

Led by Leah Jayne, chiropractor, counsellor and nervous system practitioner, each session draws on nearly two decades of clinical experience and guided in the room, combining breath, body based practices and contrast therapy to support regulation, recovery and integration.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected, or simply craving space to breathe, you’ll be gently guided in a way that honours your own pace and experience.

Held every 3rd Sunday

Numbers are intentionally kept small to create a calm, supportive environment where every woman feels seen and cared for.

What to expect

Every session is thoughtfully created each month and may include:

  • gentle nervous system education

  • guided breath practices

  • body-based awareness and somatic practices

  • rest and integration

  • sauna

  • cold immersion

  • magnesium soak

  • light refreshments

There is time built into every session to simply be. To integrate, reflect and allow your nervous system to settle before returning to your week.

What to bring

• comfortable clothing you can move and rest in

• swimmers for sauna and cold plunge

• Warm throw/blanket

• 2x towels

• water bottle

Safety and important information

This is a trauma-informed, practitioner-led session. You remain in control of your experience at all times and are encouraged to participate within your own comfort level.

Facilitated breath and body-based practices can create physical, emotional and physiological shifts. While many women describe feeling calmer, clearer and more connected afterwards, every experience is unique.

FAQs

  • Is this 9D Breathwork?

No. Sunday Sessions are live, guided breath and body experiences using shared sound rather than pre-produced headset journeys.

Each session is guided in real time, with space for every person to have their own experience within the group.

  • Do I need experience with breathwork?

No. This session is guided and accessible. You will be supported the whole way.

  • What if I feel overwhelmed during the session?

You are always in control. You can pause, adjust your breath, or simply rest at any time.

  • Is this a high intensity breathwork session?

No. This is a gentle, regulated approach focused on supporting your nervous system, not pushing it.

  • Can I still come if I feel anxious or flat?

Yes. Many women come feeling exactly that way. The session is designed to meet you where you are.

  • Can I use the sauna and cold plunge if I don’t want to do breathwork?

The session is designed as a full experience, though you are always welcome to move at your own pace.
