There is no doubt the world as we know it has changed and continues to change at such a rapid rate that many of us are reeling. The collective anxiety is palpable as we navigate this unchartered territory together.

We have created this event as an opportunity for you to ground, get quiet and use all of your senses to check in with your body, mind and spirit.

You will enter in noble silence as we smudge you top to toe while gently beating the medicine drum to bring you to the present moment.

During the experience we will share cacao in a sacred space where you are safe to release all that you are feeling. We will let go of what no longer serves us and invite in what we wish to manifest.

We will then guide you through a beautiful meditation while playing various bowls and instruments. You will also be given the experience of powerful sound bowls on your body while we share gentle reiki energy with you.

This special event is our gift and offering to our community and we invite you to take some time out for yourself and just be. Be all that you are, in all of your glory, in a special held space just for you.
