Together with fellow nature lovers, we’ll gather around a crackling fire for a guided, conscious conversation on a thought-provoking topic. You will receive the topic ahead of the evening to encourage reflection and depth - we are open to suggestions.

About Your Host

Juliet Hollingsworth is the founder of The Burrow and a private therapist. For almost 20 years, she has worked with people experiencing stress, anxiety, addiction and major life transitions. Through this work she became increasingly interested in a simple question: why do so many people struggle when their lives look perfectly fine on paper? Her work explores how human evolution continues to shape our needs, behaviours and wellbeing, helping people understand themselves through the lens of what it means to be human.

She holds an MSc in Consciousness, Spirituality and Transpersonal Psychology and has trained in authentic relating, spiritual leadership and embodied group facilitation. Alongside her therapeutic work, Juliet is the creator of Human Mismatch Theory, a framework that explores how many of the difficulties people experience today can be understood through the gap between the lives humans evolved to live and the realities of modern life.

Drawing on years of clinical practice, research and personal exploration, Juliet creates thoughtful, engaging workshops that help people make sense of their experiences and develop a deeper understanding of their own needs. The Burrow

We started in April 2024 to provide a space for people to come together to heal, transform, connect and celebrate.

Most of our events have holistic wellbeing in mind, all guided by skilled facilitators. We have had some wonderful workshops, including gong meditations, a women’s authenticity workshop, ecstatic dance, wheel of the year celebrations, and Inipi ceremonies. Every month, I (Juliet) facilitate a fireside chat, where we commune around the fire with a specific topic and engage in conscious conversation for a couple of hours.

We have CIC status, which is designed for businesses that aim to benefit the community, rather than private shareholders. CICs are a form of social enterprise, where profits are generally reinvested into the community or used to support the company’s social mission. In time, we hope to get funding to improve the facilities, which will make some events easier during the rainier months. Every ticket you purchase gets us a little closer to our bigger plans.
