Join us at Vajrayana Institute for an easygoing introduction to Buddhism with Venerable Dekyi. This session offers a grounded look at the core ideas that shape the Buddhist path, with space for questions and reflection along the way. Ven. Dekyi will gently unpack the essential ideas, clarify common questions and offer a sense of how these teachings can support daily life.  Whether you’re curious, completely new, or reconnecting after some time away, it’s a friendly way to settle in and get a feel for the teachings.
