Community-Based Grief Support Group

Finding Connection, Comfort & Hope After Loss

A FREE 6-Week Grief Support Group

Grief is a journey that looks different for everyone. Whether you've recently lost someone you love or have been carrying grief for years, navigating life after loss can feel overwhelming, isolating, and uncertain.

You don't have to walk through grief alone.

Graceful Balance Wellness invites you to join our free, six-week community-based grief support group, created to offer a safe, welcoming, and compassionate space to connect with others who understand the experience of losing someone you love.

Throughout our time together, participants will have opportunities to:

Share their stories in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
Connect with others who understand the challenges of grief and loss.
Explore the emotions of grief, recognizing that everyone's experience is unique.
Find encouragement and support as they navigate life after loss.
Honor their loved ones while discovering ways to carry their memories forward.
Cultivate hope and resilience through meaningful conversation and community.

There is no right or wrong way to grieve, and there is no expectation to share more than you're comfortable with. Whether you need a listening ear, a place to process your emotions, or simply the comfort of being around others who understand, you are welcome here.
