How payment plans work

  • Your order will be reserved but sent to you only after the full payment plan has been completed.
  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

If you never want to be faced with food shortages and food insecurity, if you grow food and have plenty all at once and if you hate waste, then this is the class you'll love.

With a range of food preserving methods up your sleeve, you can say good bye to waste, say goodbye to empty shelves in times of need and hello to always having something delicious to fill your tummy with - all stored away and preservative free. (No electricity needed for storage either!)

At this class you'll learn

  • How and what you can dry/dehydrate for meals and snack basics.
  • We'll pickle a seasonal crop.
  • You'll experience the joys of bottling your own fruit,  vegies and even meals.
  • And we'll make a delicious country jam from fruit or veg items in our garden. All of these items can be a part of your pantry staples, storing seasonal foods without  refrigeration.

You'll take some delectable items home today and will taste a range of the staples from my pantry shelves.

And of course if you are sick or think you may have been in contact with anyone who is COVID sick, please let me know well in advance so someone else can fill your spot.
