A Good Idea Is an exhibition that celebrates the architect’s joy: bringing ideas to life. A State of Play unfolds through the collaboration of architects from around the world, each contributing a single drawing—precise yet open-ended—that serves as instructions for locally crafted artefacts. These peculiar objects, born of global imagination and local interpretation, explore themes of domesticity, collaboration, and the often-overlooked rituals of everyday life.
Explicit yet indeterminate, each proto-architecture opens new possibilities beyond the expected. The exhibition’s scenography is not merely the sum of its individual contributions, but a notable work in itself—it is crafted with care, without transport or waste. Together, these pieces create a rich assemblage, an austere yet joyous interior—a space where architecture celebrates directness, ingenuity, and the transformative power of just -good- ideas.
