Cathartic Breathwork uses the Power of Conscious Connected Mouth Breathing to Responsibly Release stored Energy and Emotion resulting in restoration and repair of the body on a cellular level. 

You are held in a Safe, Secure and Empowered space, where you step into Radical Self-Ownership and Responsibility Activating your own Inner Authority, Wisdom and Knowing and experience the Medicine of your own Self-Healing.
