A morning grounded in te ao Māori and the wisdom of Maramataka, this experience explores the rhythms within us — our hormonal cycles, energy patterns, and the ways we can live more aligned with te taiao for our overall hauora.

You’ll be guided through a morning designed to restore balance and flow, with space to move, breathe, create, and connect with like-minded wāhine.
