    Event description

To find our bravery and courage to become who we desire to be, the best and highest, healthiest and most expanded version of ourselves, we must also find the capacity to soften into the healing touch of love, kindness and care. Often times to find where our boundaries lie, to stand up for the life we truly care the most about, we have to let in the softest most tender and vulnerable places, which are frequently heavily guarded by our shadows and patterning from any wounding we have received, often in childhood.

In this healing sound bath, we will settle into these tender and vulnerable spaces, allowing sound to activate and soothe us. The sound moves with our physiology in an attunement that we are born to recognize. The low frequencies shake us out of old patterns and really work to realign our systems, while the higher harmonics of chimes, bowls, and tuning forks bring a clarity to the more subtle energy pathways and wisdom centers.

The focus here will be on compositions that open us to our own desires, needs, and relationships, while also rousing the strength and bravery held in our hearts to rise and meet the challenges which guard that which we seek. We will meet in this restful place, the acknowledgement that we hold all the keys to our own beautiful reality, and that as we step into that power, our community will also meet us in that place of highest love, guided by deep trust in a complex design of life.

rest in the space on a yoga mat or within a yoga swing while the joyous and rejuvenating sounds of guitar, chimes, bells, singing bowls, gong, didgeridoo, synthesizer, nature recordings, hardpan, monochord, and more embrace your being. Immersed in the atmosphere of master sound worker The Deeper Song ( Nash Atkins) you may find new pathways open for yourself and your life.
