This is the energy of the Dark Moon - the quiet, fertile space before the New Moon where we are invited to turn inward, listen deeply, release what has completed its purpose and create space for what is ready to emerge.
Just like a seed beneath the earth, not everything begins in the light.
Some of our greatest transformations begin quietly, beneath the surface, long before we can see the evidence of what is growing.
A Heart Reawakened is an intimate daytime ceremonial journey designed to bring you out of the noise of everyday life and back into connection with yourself, your body, your heart and your intentions.
Together, we will create space to pause, breathe, release, receive and consciously plant the seeds for what you are ready to nurture next.

There is something powerful about planting an intention before there is any evidence of its becoming.

A seed does not need to know how it will become the flower.

It simply needs the right conditions, nourishment and time to bloom.

We are of the earth, so this is the same for us.

This ceremony is an invitation to ask:

What am I ready to release?

What am I ready to make space for?

What is needing more nurture?

You do not need to arrive with everything figured out.

Come exactly as you are.

Jacqueline Elizabeth
Jacqueline is an Integrative Health & Wellness Practitioner, Breathwork Facilitator, Remedial Alchemy Therapist, Reiki Master and Soul Wealth Guide & Mentor. A deeply intuitive and skilled facilitator, she has a gift for creating spaces where people feel safe enough to soften, held enough to surrender and empowered enough to go all in.
Working through the body, breath, energy and soul, Jacqueline meets people beneath the surface - creating space for release, remembrance, activation and powerful transformation. She holds the space. You meet yourself there.

Rebecca Furnell
Rebecca is a heart-led space holder devoted to creating safe spaces that guide others back to the subtle wisdom within their bodies through breath, touch and presence.
Drawing on her love of Ceremonial Cacao, Herbalism, Womb Work, Breathwork, crafting and nature-based practices, she finds joy in creating spaces where people feel safe to soften, let go and reconnect with their hearts.

This experience includes Conscious Connected Breathwork, which can create significant physiological and emotional changes and may not be appropriate for everyone.
