Event description

Let go any vibrations that no longer serve as Jos bathes you in sound on the last day of May. Allow the rhythms melodies and harmonies shake and massage your very cells. 

Jos will use a wide variety of instruments to create the landscape for cells to dance in. 

Jos was immersed and taught music since the age of three. She has over 20 yrs experience in mental health and AOD services and has a passion for empowering people with skills to live mindfully in the moment.
