    “A journey exploring Breath and Body Connection”

    A beautiful 3hour workshop to help you understand the delicate balance between the mind, body and soul.

    You will be guided through an in-depth exploration of the three main systems of your body: the nervous system, fascia system, and muscular system. You'll gain a clearer understanding of how these systems work together to maintain balance in both your body and mind. Through practical exercises, you’ll learn techniques to help you support and balance your body every day, enhancing your overall well-being.  You will then embark on a beautiful immersive journey into the depths of your being through transformational breathwork.  With an open mind, body and soul you will have the ability to gain mental clarity, connect with your true self and find inner peace.

    Event Highlights:

    Please arrive 5/10 min early so we can begin at 9am, wear comfy clothes, maybe layers in case your body temperature drops during relaxation.  Bring a bottle of water with you, please bring anything you may need to be comfortable sitting on the floor, we have yoga mats, bolsters and cushions for those who need them, we also have chairs if you are unable to sit comfortably on the floor.

    What we have on offer:  Herbal Tea, Water, and lovely snacks at the end as we want you leaving feeling nourished and grounded.

    🌈 Breathwork:
    Breathwork is a powerful tool to access the hidden parts of you. Through breathwork we can alter our state, release trauma from our energy body and find peace within.

    Jenny will guide you into the art of conscious connected breath. Allowing each inhale and exhale to be a step on your journey inward. Unlock hidden energies, release tension, and awaken a profound sense of self. Your breath becomes the compass, leading you to an amazing journey of self discovery.

    🌌 Finding Stillness
    Allow yourself to step out of the every day noise and find complete stillness within.

    🔮 Guided Self-Reflection:
    Navigate the landscapes of your inner world with a guided self-reflection. Explore the uncharted territories of your thoughts, emotions, and aspirations. This introspective journey provides a map for understanding and accepting the layers of your authentic self.

    Note: No prior experience in breathwork is required. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and come with an open heart. This event is crafted for individuals seeking a transformative experience and a deeper connection with themselves.

    About your hosts:

    Kelly is a massage therapist and sexological bodyworker with over 25 years of experience working with women who are burnt out from the demands of modern life.     Jenny is a passionate person who’s mission is to make a positive difference to as many lives as possible.  Jenny is the owner of Jenny Webb Coaching and Consulting.  She works as an Empowering Mindset Coach and Breathwork Facilitator, and is a Trauma Informed Counsellor and Reiki Master Teacher.
