To support your comfort and deepen your experience, please bring the following:

• A blanket and cushion - while yoga mats are provided, you’ll be lying still for periods of time, and extra layers will help keep you warm.

- Warm clothing and socks - it’s winter, and body temperature can drop during rest.

- An item from nature (optional) - if you feel called, you’re welcome to bring a small object from nature to place on the nature table as a symbolic offering.

- Please avoid wearing perfume of strong scents, as some participants may be sensitive.

- Switch your phone to silent or off upon arrival to support a peaceful and undisturbed space.

- Arrive 15 minutes early to settle in so we can begin on time.

After the event, please leave quietly, carrying the stillness of the evening with you. You may wish to journal or enjoy a gentle meal by candlelight as you integrate the experience.
