Breath Work and Activation

Breathwork is a transformative practice that uses the power of controlled breathing to calm the nervous system, release trauma, reduce stress, and improve sleep and enhance emotional well-being. My breathwork sessions are designed to help you navigate through deep transformations and emotional release ensuring a safe environment during your session and reconnect back with your true nature.

Sarah has been trained in many types of Breath Work and recently completed 1:1 & group facilitation through the SPIRIT Breath Work Community. Each session is crafted to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore the depths of your breath’s potential and can experience a complete rebirth coming out a whole new person.

Energy Activation and Light Language

Energy activation and light language sessions clear energetic blockages and elevate your vibration. This practice helps align your energy centers, fostering a profound connection with your higher self. By incorporating light language—a form of spiritual communication—these sessions provide deep healing and spiritual awakening

Introducing Sarah, your celestial guide on this enchanting journey of life! As an exceptional Cosmic Activator/Conduit, she has honed the skills of breathwork and meditation to help you reach for the stars. With training in SPIRIT Breathwork, Shamanic practices, and Pellowah, Sarah thrives in both individual and group environments, fueled by her enthusiasm for organising events. A true meditation guide, she has successfully completed courses like Vipassana and dedicates her time to volunteering at the Dhamma Centre on the Sunshine Coast. Sarah holds a current first aid and CPR training under her belt and is committed to personal growth and transformation. Her mission? To inspire women and men to unlock their inner potential and embrace love, authenticity, and joy each day while fostering harmonious relationships and achieving inner balance.
