Come join us in a sacred space on 'A Journey to Wholeness', through silent self inquiry, connection to the heart, going within, releasing tension through conscious movement and kundalini awakening, all in preparation to plunge deep into holotropic breathwork to feel your wholeness.
In a safe, loving and nurturing space, free of judgment and expectations, encouraging you to find your inner peace through a journey of body exploration and breathwork. Opening paths for you to reduce your fears, improve your relationship with yourself and others, growing spiritually and feeling whole.
