A Leader's Guide to Coordinating Action
Event description
This three-part webinar series provides developing leaders with the fundamental skills to effectively coordinate others to take action.
When we think about business development, the focus tends to be on specific business functions - product development, sales, marketing, finance, planning and strategy. But what about the specific behavioural skills, that tie everything together and significantly impact leaders and their team's ability to get things done? These small invisible nuances of leadership add up to make a vast amount of difference over a period of time. One such skill is a business leader's ability to coordinate action. As an effective leader, you must be able to organise people to achieve business outcomes.
In this Webinar Series, Ian Lees, Leadership Coach and Director of Optimal Future, will teach you, the developing business leader, how to improve your ability to coordinate action so you can turn ideas, strategies and plans into outcomes.Â
This webinar series is delivered as three 1.5hr workshops, run each week from 12-1:30 pm on Wednesdays, starting 29 July and ending 12 August.
