As an effective leader, you must be able to organise people to achieve business outcomes.

In this Webinar Series, Ian Lees, Leadership Coach and Director of Optimal Future, will teach you, the developing business leader, how to improve your ability to coordinate action so you can turn ideas, strategies and plans into outcomes.

This webinar series is delivered as three 1.5hr workshops, run each week from 12-1:30 pm on Wednesdays, starting 29 July and ending 12 August.

Module 1 – ‘Making and Managing Commitments’

By the end of this module you will be able to:

Work out how much coordination waste is costing your business.
Understand how more consciously using requests, offers and commitments can improve the efficiency of your business and give you more time to work on the future of your business.

Module 2 – ‘Exploring Coordination Flow’

Wednesday 5th August, 12-1:30 pm

By the end of this module you will be able to:

Understand what speech acts are including requests, offers and promises.
Understand the Coordination flow model

Module 3 – ‘Building Conversational Practices’

Wednesday 12th August, 12-1:30 pm

By the end of this module you will be able to:

Use the eight conversational practices to drive communication flow
Work out how to embed the approaches from the three modules into your business
