Join us for a relaxed outdoor women's circle where we'll explore the four phases of the menstrual cycle and how each phase influences our energy, movement, relationships and motherhood.

Together we'll learn the basics of cycle syncing before experiencing each phase through a series of interactive activities. Rather than simply talking about the concepts, you'll get to move, create and connect in ways that bring the seasons of womanhood to life.

During the circle you'll:

A yoga mat or towel
