What makes us want to curl up with a cosy crime mystery during the cold months?

Why are whodunnits so much more intriguing when the protagonist is perusing their evidence with a hot chocolate in hand and a snowstorm outside?

This interactive workshop will invite guests to learn insider tips and tricks on how to craft a mystery short story or novel drawing on the elements of the winter season. Immerse yourself in the idyllic surrounds of the Hepburn Shire and learn about key elements of cosy crime writing – character, voice, setting, stylistic choices and plot – through various writing exercises.

Join Olivia De Lesantis, Scarlet Stiletto Award-winning cosy crime writer and mystery aficionado, for an afternoon of writing inspiration - sweet treats and warm beverages provided!

All ages welcome.
