A Little Pawsitivity
Paint with Puppies for Mental Health Awareness Month
October is Mental Health Month in Victoria, a time to raise awareness about the importance of mental wellbeing and encourage people to prioritise their mental health.
To mark the occasion, VUPA is inviting Victoria University postgraduate students to take a break from study, deadlines, and everyday pressures and join us for a unique experience designed to help you slow down, recharge, and reconnect with yourself. Enjoy a guided painting session alongside adorable puppies in a fun and welcoming environment, where you can step away from the demands of university life and focus on your wellbeing.
Whether you're looking to reduce stress, connect with other students, or simply enjoy a moment of calm, this event is a reminder that looking after your mental health is just as important as achieving your academic goals.
