2020 has been a spectacular year for some - a time to reflect, rethink, recalibrate - and for others, it's been unsettling, destabilising and just plain ol' scary. Whatever the swirl on the surface, what it's been for all of us, is a year of the Great Reveal.

What presented inside of me when everything around me changed?

Our final event for the year: a five day loving lullaby to a year that's taught us so much about ourselves - our disconnections,
our fears, our true desires, the things that give us meaning and the things that can be left behind - only once we see, can we change. Lullaby 2020 is a rejoicing of all that's been, offering a process to let go of this year's debris; a five day soft, deeply loving process to pan out all the muck, revealing the gold that this year has combusted within us all.

From the 27th to the 31st December, five days of gratitude, of clearing, cleaning and calling in from 3pm to 5pm each day. One event per day with Lissie, Shane, Kiki and friends for five days of practices to calm, open, soothe and rejoice, all in readiness for the dawn of a brand new year.

Cost for all five sessions $175

Discount and payment plans available for those also attending the Long Exhale Yoga Retreat from the 30th November to the 3rd of December.

Let's embrace this final moon cycle of 2020 with our wings spread wide and our hearts full of wisdom, love, community, connection and kindness.
