Event description

Join us for a transformative midday retreat where we will gather as a community to relax, restore, and prioritize our mental health and well-being.

This event is hosted and sponsored by Club Pilates, Gisvi Art Studio & Custom Framing, Reset Brain and Body, and The Foundation Hotel.

All proceeds from ticket sales for this event will directly benefit The Hope Clinic, a Michigan-based nonprofit dedicated to providing free medical, dental, food, and behavioral health care to those without insurance. The Hope Clinic offers a comprehensive, whole-person approach to healing and support. Ticket prices are flexible, with a minimum donation of $75, allowing you to choose the amount you wish to contribute and support The Hope Clinic in a way that fits your ability to give.

Offering each guest the opportunity to experience 4 unique break-out sessions centered around health, wellness, healing and restorative inner work. Our hope is for everyone to immerse themselves in the moment and leave the event feeling energized, supported and empowered.

We will also have food to graze on, tea, coffee, grateful (goodie) bags, raffles and giveaways!

Reset Brain and Body: Foundational Pillars of Holistic Wellness: Integrating Brain, Body, and Spirit for Optimal Health and Resilience. At Reset Brain and Body, we believe that true wellness goes far beyond the mere absence of illness. We are dedicated to helping individuals achieve vibrant, purposeful living by embracing the Pillars of Holistic Mental Health Care. In this interactive session, we will explore the transformative power of integrative wellness, focusing on the foundational pillars of well-being: nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and social connection. Through engaging discussions and evidence-based strategies, attendees will learn practical tools for cultivating balance and resilience in everyday life. This session will provide valuable insights into reconnecting with the body’s innate wisdom and understanding how nourishing these fundamental needs can foster lasting transformation across all areas of life. Ideal for anyone looking to enhance their overall well-being, this session will empower you to take a holistic approach to mental and physical health and unlock your full potential for thriving.

Guided Meditation and Community Sharing Circle: This nurturing session is designed to help you deepen your connection to your body, emotions, and inner wisdom, while also fostering meaningful bonds with others on a similar path of healing and growth. Through a blend of guided mindfulness practices, grounding techniques, self-reflection, and open-hearted discussion, you will be gently invited to tune into your body’s sensations, release stored tension, and cultivate a sense of peace and presence. The purpose of this circle is to build community, support collective healing, and encourage one another on the journey toward holistic well-being. Ideal for anyone looking to reconnect with themselves, heal from past experiences, and engage in a powerful process of both personal and shared transformation, this session offers a safe and supportive space for growth and connection.

Art Therapy: Use creativity to unlock and express your emotions through our Art Therapy station. Join each other at a community table for a guided, interactive, art creation. Art therapy is a portal into understanding the complex layers of ourselves and helps us lean into different ways we communicate and express ourselves.
