In honour of Breast Cancer Awareness Month this October, we are bringing together our incredible Lula community of survivors, thrivers, and supporters for a very special event.
A Mindful Moment is a Saturday morning retreat designed for anyone touched by cancer—whether you're currently in treatment, navigating life as a survivor, or supporting a loved one on their journey. This intimate gathering offers a safe space to connect, reflect, and gain practical tools for nurturing both your mindset and wellbeing, no matter where you are on the cancer rollercoaster.
Guided by health and wellness experts, you'll discover techniques to build emotional and physical resilience while forming meaningful connections with others who truly understand your experience.
Hosted by Lula founders Aisling and Margaret—sisters and fellow breast cancer survivors—this not-for-profit community event is your chance to pause, find strength in community, and leave feeling rejuvenated, empowered, and supported.
