A morning in conversation with SEQCA

This event will commence at 10.30 am with an online presentation by Dr Melanie Schwecke, Senior Manager Flooding and Resilience at the NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure. Melanie has extensive experience in practical floodplain management and mitigation projects in Local Government and State Government and led the preparation of a draft Shelter-in-place Guideline for the Department of Planning.

After Dr Schwecke's presentation, community groups will have an opportunity to exchange information and ideas about their activities and our common goals commencing with a short presentation by SEQCA President, Chris Walker, about Toondah Harbour and the ongoing work of Redlands 2023.
