All bereaved Mothers are welcome here, no matter where you are on your grief journey, you will arrive into a serene sanctuary where you can relax into a warm heart-centred and deeply nurturing sound healing.

What to expect

You will arrive into a beautiful space with a yoga mat, bolster, blanket and cushion along with a lovingly created altar with roses, candles and crystals to bring a heart-centred comfort to your afternoon.

A gentle grounding meditation will begin our time together before laying down to rest, recalibrate & receive a nurturing sound healing journey to the heart.

Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Shamanic Rattles and Medicine Drum will support your entire body, mind, spirit and soul as you return to the sacred portal of your heart space.

There will be space afterwards for journal reflections and an opportunity to connect with other bereaved Mothers whilst you enjoy a herbal tea before completion.

🤍 Please bring anything that you wish to place upon the altar in remembrance of your precious one or to have near you ~ along with comfortable clothes and a journal + pen for reflection.

No matter where you are on your grief journey, you are welcomed with LOVE and held deeply at this time.
