Event description

Maitland's first progressive dinner - some say like a pub crawl but with more class and food!

A Moving Feast is a hosted 3 hour walking tour showcasing Maitland's developing food and small bespoke bar scene. All venues offer something unique to the palate, from the finest Hunter Valley wine, craft beer or bespoke cocktails to delicious cultural and iconic food.

During the course of the evening, you will enjoy a beverage and/or food at each venue, a delicious cheese platter at Coquun while you get to know your fellow diners, entrée with your chosen beverage at The Pourhouse and a delicious banquet at Beud Korean and Japanese Restaurant...hungry yet?

While we walk, there will also be a little history about Maitland, its iconic buildings and creative art scene.

A Moving Feast is a public ticketed walking tour for between 4 - 12 participants, however, is also available as a unique private experience to celebrate a birthday, small business Christmas party, special occasion or just a get together with friends!

If you have specific questions or requests we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

Note: Please advise any dietaries at the time of booking.

Due to licensing and RSA, only one beverage is provided over dinner, however when A Moving Feast concludes at 9.00pm sharp, you are welcome to return to the a previous venue and continue your evening.

The meeting point is Coquun, 396 High Street, Maitland, where the group walks up to 1km on flat, accessible ground, to the conclusion of the tour in The Levee, not far from our starting point. Suggested parking areas are St Andrews Street and Riverside Carpark.
