A night of Action for Earth!

The Bob Brown Foundation and Patagonia invite you for a night of Action for Earth! 

Join us in the Patagonia Melbourne store for some pizza, refreshments and good old fashioned conversation and inspiration about saving one of Earth’s last wild places; takayna/ Tarkine! 

Change happens when the citizens mobilise together and rise up to change the status quo. This is what Action for Earth is all about and we want you to be a part of it! 

During the evening, Bob Brown Foundation and Patagonia will be launching takayna Trail 2023 - an event to protect wild places plus celebrate the beautiful Tarkine and the people that are working hard to protect it! 

You'll hear and see:

• Talks on the work being done to protect takayna
• A few very special films and announcements
• How the sport of running has saved a wild place
• Inspiration on how you can create action for Earth

Presenters

The evening will be moderated by Majell Backhausen (Patagonia Sports Community Manager & takayna Trail lead) and feature: Jenny Weber, BBF Campaign Manager who will talk about the Foundation's biggest year past in the battle for takayna protection and an exciting year ahead, Van Do, Events and Community Manager at Small Giants, who will talk about her experience spending time on the blockade camp in the Tarkine, and Katya Cameron, a trail runner who will talk about her experience running to protect the Tarkine.
