A Night of Kundalini Meditations & Sound Bath

Join SoulFire Kundalini × Aroha Sound for a special evening of meditation, breath, sound and deep relaxation.

We’ll begin with a guided Kundalini meditations designed to help you quiet the mind and reconnect with yourself.

From there, you’ll be invited to lie back, rest and receive a deeply relaxing sound bath with Aroha Sound.

Then we will join forces with a guided meditation combined with sound bowls

This evening is about experiencing yourself through sound and meditation.

No previous Kundalini, meditation or sound bath experience is needed. All are welcome.
