SAM MCGOVERN

Growing up & currently residing in Perth, Western Australia, one of the most remote cities in the world, Sam has had humble beginnings yet embodies huge aspirations.
The 22 year old singer songwriter & guitarist introduced himself as a sensitive acoustic artist in 2021, which he still expresses, yet continues to develop his sound with each release.

In 2020, Sam graduated from the prestigious Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), a platform which became an inaugural point in his career. Since then he has fast become a name to watch, constantly growing, in fact 'Grow” his debut release was a nominee for Western Australian Music (WAM) Song of The Year 2021.

Sam’s recent single “Memory” has a unique story, going viral on Instagram, TikTok & Facebook 2 months after release. The extremely original & unique styled promotion campaign amassed over 20 Million organic views to his socials, gaining him over 171 Thousand Instagram followers, over 35 Thousand TikTok followers, becoming verified on all socials & a jump from 3 Thousand to over 65 Thousand Monthly Listeners on Spotify. Unbelievably all within 2 weeks & 100% independently, rare & unheard of growth.

His unique sound & dynamic live performances have been steadily attracting attention around the country, selling out headline shows & drawing huge audiences at iconic venues all over the State. He has supported the likes of Harrison Storm, Riley Pearce, Jordy Maxwell and many more.

Sam appeared as a contestant on the TV show “The Voice” Australia for Season 11 2022. His blind audition turned 2 chairs (Keith Urban & Jessica Mauboy) & gained praise from all 4 judges. Sam worked with Keith Urban during the show.

It’s not often such lyricism taps into emotions in a way that Sam’s does. Approaching songwriting as a way of expressing feelings that come unspoken in life, when words fail, music speaks, telling stories through heartfelt and honest lyrics that unravel a deeper meaning.

ADAM-JAMES

Adam-James is a Sydney born singer/songwriter now travelling throughout Australia on his debut National Tour - “Talk It Out”.

Adam is rapidly growing his audience and reputation in the Australian music scene through his captivating stage presence, and ability to wear his heart on his sleeve while performing in front of any crowd.

He’s shared stages with Kim Churchill, Missy Higgins, Baker Boy, and Client Liaison, just to name a few, and sold out shows on his debut national tour within days. Adam has also featured on some of Australia’s most reputable festival lineups, and was named Caloundra Music Festivals Spotlight artist for 2022!

Rocking a kick drum, guitar, and occasionally a harmonica, don’t miss the opportunity to come see Adam share his stories raw and live whenever you get the chance.

Adam's also a recent friend of ours and we love the way he goes about music. Humble and selfless.

Donations: 10% of Profit from this event is supporting 'Give Our Strays A Chance' - a successful organisation started by a 10 year old to support relocated wildlife and unloved pets around WA. Since 2014, Dean (now 19), has raised over $1,000,000 for WA animals and wildlife..
