Aheda’s Palestinian Banquet
Please join chef Aheda for a night of traditional Palestinian food.
Aheda will serve classic Palestinian dishes using recipes handed down from her grandmother and her grandmother before that, going back over 1000 years. Throughout the night Aheda will speak about the significance of her food, culture and resistance.
All funds will go directly to Aheda's goal of launching a Palestinian food truck.
This event will take place on stolen lands of the Wurundjeri and Boon Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation. Always was and always will be Aboriginal land.
Schoolhouse Studios Coburg, starting at 6pm.
