What to expect:

An atmosphere of joy, harmony and manifestation. A comfortable, inviting space. Light snacks and herbal tea provided. Useful handouts to take home.

What to bring:

Most importantly - bring your wonderful self! All the rest is optional but good to keep in mind. Dress comfortably, wear socks if your feet get cold as footwear will be left at the door. Bring a notebook and a pen if you can.
