Before you collapse into Christmas, join Stride Education for a wellbeing day that’s part professional recharge, part thank-you celebration, and part sneak peek at what’s coming for your wellbeing in 2026.

As Australia’s social media ban for under-16s comes into force, we’ll explore:

What this means for students, schools, and staff wellbeing
How to protect your calm and connection in a hyper-connected world
Why wellbeing isn’t something we wait for — it’s something we plan for.

What’s in store for you on the day:

A powerful keynote (via video) from Associate Professor Faith Gordon — one of the world’s leading voices on children’s rights and digital wellbeing. Topic: What Teachers Need to Know: Preparing for the Social Media Ban in Schools
Workshops with Carolyn Apostolou (Burnout to Balance Toolkit) and Marg Lange (Reclaiming Your Wellbeing at School). Cheryne Blom (Empathetic Approaches to Connected Classrooms)..
All participants will receieve a recording of the event

It’s our thank-you to you — the teachers and wellbeing leaders who keep schools going.

Come for the laughter. Stay for the insight. Leave with a plan.
