A Professor, and Rabbi Walk Into a Kitchen

Recently, an Israeli company- Aleph Farms- was the first in the world to get an approval to market cultivated (lab grown) meat.

With the rise of protein alternatives, we will be hosting Prof. Yoav Livney – the head of the Alternative Protein Centre from the Technion- Israel Institute of Technology to discuss several aspects of this new food technology, including the ways it is (or will be treated) by rabbis and chefs.
