AUTHENTIC RELATING (A.R.) SOCIAL & PRACTICE EVENING

Our Online A.R. Community Social by flexible donation. Held once a month, on varying days/dates but typically mid-week.

Collaborative, un-pressured, facilitated explorations and reflections in pairs and small group. (Typically 6-9 online)
Fun, community-building, self-development, and expanding relating skills & confidence.
A great learning environment, but not a 'class'. An interactive A.R. Social in the alchemy of human resonance; really 'meeting' yourself and others.
Opportunities to be seen, felt, recognized, understood or accepted in ways that are natural and empowered, but sadly often just not regularly available in our culture.
Being a 'Practitioner' of Authentic Relating means getting plenty of peer practice. This is one great way to do that! :)

** These monthly events are mainly for people who have attended our other workshops. We do occasionally have new participants, but we choose to have a duty-of-care check-in with anyone who hasn't attended any other of out events (by Zoom or Bravetalk) BEFORE they book in.

People attend for many reasons:

Just because it feels amazing to really engage with others more deeply and richly in a collaborative and supportive ways.
To upgrade natural fluency in such things as presence, intuition, boundaries, and relating skills and confidence. (Yes all these can be learned, just like any skills.)
For deeper insights into the essence of who we truly are. Many folk tell us that A.R. has assisted them to move beyond old patterns, conditioned habits & limitations.
Our approach is extremely grounded and supportive, and very 'human'. We believe A.R. works best a curious exploration by regular people; not some kind of perfectionist system to be mastered. Empathy and interest are far more important than skill or confidence.
