Sydney Regency Weekends presents A Regency Ball in Melrose Hall; a costumed Regency Ball to be held in Emu Plains ideally situated between Sydney and the Blue Mountains in the picturesque Melrose Hall
Saturday 3rd October 6pm-10pm
Doors open 5:30pm
The Grand March commences at 6:00pm SHARP with supper provided later in the evening
Afternoon workshop 12-3pm
DRESS CODE
Evening attire suitable for the Regency era (1790s-1820s)

Afternoon Workshop: $15
General admission: $65
On the day purchase: $75
DANCING
The program will suit beginners to experienced dancers and will be called & briefly walked through on the night by David Potter & friends.
If you are a novice we recommend attending some workshops:
1st Saturday each month, held by Sydney Regency Weekends at Concord Presbyterian Church Hall, 12- 3pm (featuring live music)
2nd and 4th Saturday of the month held by Sydney English Country Dancers at 9 Wellbank Street Concord, 1:30 - 4:30pm
Wednesday evenings during school terms held by Blue Mountains Heritage Dance Group Inc at Lawson Mechanics Hall, 7pm-9.30pm (sessions include Bush, English Country & Contra dancing)

WORKSHOP
An optional afternoon workshop is available this year on the afternoon of the ball for those new to English Country Dancing or those that want to brush up on their skills.
LIVE MUSIC
Live music will be provided during the ball by the Short Dented Potts who bring with them a wealth of experience & enthusiasm to the night's music.
