Transformational breathwork is a powerful practice, and it isn’t suitable for everyone. Please read the following carefully before booking.

If you’re pregnant, please let me know when you book. I can adapt the breath style and breath holds for you, so you can still take part safely.

If any of the following apply to you, please message me before you book so we can talk it through:

Epilepsy or a history of seizures
Heart conditions or arrhythmia
High blood pressure, or very low blood pressure with a history of fainting
Glaucoma or detached retina
Severe asthma or other lung conditions
Recent surgery or injury
Severe mental health conditions, including psychosis, schizophrenia or unmedicated bipolar disorder
Unmanaged PTSD

If you experience panic attacks or high anxiety, a gentler practice may suit you better, and I’m happy to adapt the session for you.

Ceremonial cacao isn’t recommended if you’re pregnant or take antidepressants or heart medication. If you have any allergies, please let me know when you book.

By booking, you confirm that you’ve read this information and are taking part voluntarily, taking responsibility for your own health and wellbeing during and after the session.

If you have any questions at all, please reach out. I’m always happy to talk it through.
